Return & Exchange Policy

 

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please return the item to us if it is defective, wrong item sent or wrong size to us within 7 days.

All sales from Pretty in Lace Couture are final. Returns and exchange will not be accepted once order is confirmed because of wrong colour chosen, dislike of design chosen or any error in purchase caused by buyer. 

 

All sales items or promotional items are not allowed to be refunded once order is confirmed , if the items out of stock , we only accept to exchange of the stocks . 

Colour deviation (due to monitor display) and measurements deviation (lay flat) within range of 0.5 to 1.5 inch will not be considered as defective items. In this case, a refund / exchange is not allowed. 

Pretty in Lace Couture will process refund / exchange under the following circumstances:- 

a. Item(s) ran out of stock after payment confirmed. 

b. Exchange - Buyer received defective item(s) and size doesn't fit.

c. Refund with store credits - Buyer received defective item(s) and no available stock for replacement. 

d. Returned item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with its tag(s) intact.

e. Exchange or refund will only be granted once for the same order.

Pretty in Lace Couture will process refund / exchange request once the returning item(s) is received. A replacement will be sent as exchange of the defective / wrong item(s). Pretty in Lace Couture will perform store credit refund through buyer’s membership account in Pretty in Lace Couture website if the exchange item is out of stock. 

Buyer will bear the cost of shipping the item back to Pretty in Lace Couture

Pretty in Lace Couture will not be responsible for the lost or damage of item(s) during the returning process. Pretty in Lace Couture reserves the right to reject any exchange request that does not fulfil our Return & Exchange Policy. 

The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund.  Pretty in Lace Couture will not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund within 3 working days after the confirmation.
